The ever evolving Quality System is constantly recognized and monitored through audits by our customers (AIRBUS, BOMBARDIER, DASSAULT, EADS, EMBRAER, PILATUS, etc.).

In this aim of improvement, Figeac-aéro committed, in 2005, to third party certification through an ISO9001 : v2000 and EN9100 approach.
We have been AFAQ certified since May 2006.

Figeac-Aéros Quality / Control department comprises in excess of 25 individuals, all of whom are in the field on a daily basis, striving to ensure product conformity and to keep abreast of customer demands.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Complete range of services for AIRBUS, LATECOERE, DASSAULT, PILATUS, GAMESA, SOCATA, SONACA, HUREL-HISPANO, BOMBARDIER, SNECMA, MESSIER-DOWTY, MBDA, etc.

- Assembly: riveting, application of mastic, metallization, etc., for the AIRBUS, DASSAULT, EMBRAER, BOMBARDIER, PILATUS programs, etc.

- Mechanisms: assembly of rings, ball sockets and bearings for AIRBUS, DASSAULT, etc.

LOGISTICS

Figeac-Aéro uses the Précix CAM software operating in an MRP2?environment. It enables us to manage your orders over Kanban and EDI, from the purchase of raw materials to parts delivery.

The production management team is made up of 10 individuals, thus guaranteeing our reactivity.
