A controlled Supply chain:

Now that customer needs (forecasts and orders) have been integrated through our network of partner transporters, everyone concerned in the supply chain is cooperating on operations control, with the objective of providing our customers with the right part, in the right place, at the right time, at the right price.

All key functions in the supply chain are identified and brought together within a single team:

Our objectives are:

ongoing communication with our customers,
a reliable and realistic planning,
controlled flows throughout the chain,
synchronised external and internal operations and optimised cycles,
integration of a network of high performance suppliers and subcontractors into the supply chain, qualified by all Airbus, Boeing, Dassault, Bombardier, Embraer, Eurocopter programs, ...
cooperation with our customers in the development of innovative logistic solutions (management of forecasts, exchange portals and EDI, VMI)

“2009 Supply Chain Improvement Program Bronze AWARDS”
on Figeac-Aéro on June 17 2009 during the Le Bourget air show

This prize recompenses the best improvement projects leading to better long term performance of supply chain processes.

The non-profit making SPACE ™ association was founded in July 2007 by 12 leading civil aeronautical manufacturers, all sharing the same concern about excellence in the supply chain.
