Our vocation

Our vocation is to supply:

  • Subassemblies:
    design, manufacture and assembly

  • Structural parts:
    range from small fittings to large 26m long panels.

  • Engine parts:
    vertical lathe and milling of aluminium and hard materials.

  • Precision parts:
    landing gear, thrust inverters …

Manufacturing of complete assemblies

FIGEAC-AERO offers complete services to its customers from the design phase to the manufacturing of aeronautical subassemblies, taking advantage of the complementary nature of the companies that make up the Figeac-aero group.

The assembly department employs more than 60 persons in a special purpose workshop, all with appropriate qualifications (Airbus, Dassault, Embraer, Snecma, …), so that FIGEAC-AERO can continue to build more and more complex subassemblies.

The manufacturing of detailed parts is done within the Figeac-aero workshops, servicing the needs of the customer.

Production of elementary parts

FIGEAC-AERO has more than forty 3-, 4- and 5-axis numerical controlled machine tools, 85% of which use the HSM (High Speed Machining) technology, used to manufacture all sizes of parts (up to 26 metres long) made of light alloys (aluminium, etc.) or hard metals (steel, titanium, etc.).

FIGEAC AERO's development strategy consists of continuing to invest in the development of innovative machining techniques to optimise the use of its installed machines
